Job Summary
Conduct intakes and diagnostics while delivering treatments tailored to the individual behind the symptoms. Work from a restorative, culturally aware, and person-centered perspective to help clients regain balance and meaning in their lives. Actively contribute to the development of this young organization, ensuring care remains warm, accessible, and sensitive to language and cultural barriers. This role is part of a newly established mental health institute in The Hague dedicated to transcultural care where the person, not the file, is central.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde WO-opleiding Psychologie (LOGO-verklaring of BAPD is een vereiste)
- Je hebt een warme, betrokken en respectvolle houding
- Je ziet de mens achter de problematiek en werkt vanuit verbinding
- Je bent flexibel en vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan een jonge instelling
- Je hebt affiniteit met interculturele en transculturele hulpverlening
Desired Qualifications
- Het spreken van een tweede taal (bijvoorbeeld Arabisch, Berbers, Turks, Frans) is een pré
