Job Summary
Conduct SAP Basis administration, installation, migration, and upgrades for S/4HANA, ECC, and related components across Linux, AIX, and Windows Server environments. Monitor system performance and batch jobs to prevent major incidents, while liaising with business teams to analyze root causes of critical incidents and apply lessons learned. Lead maintenance business processes, supervise teams, and facilitate skills transfer to offshore resources ensuring continuity in service delivery. Plan support activities and prepare technical design documents, leveraging hands-on exposure to HANA databases, Unix shell scripting, and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Required Qualifications
- 4 -6 years of IT industry experience
- SAP Basis-HANA Lead consultant role experience
- Extensive experience with Administration, Installation, Implementation, Migrations and Upgrades of SAP applications
- Widely experienced in Maintenance Business Process
- Supervision experience
