Basic or Advanced EMT / Paramedic / LPN / RN

Conduct physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and provide education regarding general health and counseling for unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and employee training while administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Perform evaluations of illness or medication history to ensure continued donor suitability. Work involves standing or sitting for up to four hours daily, with bending, twisting, and light lifting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to biological fluids, electrical equipment, and extreme cold below 32 degrees F requires appropriate personal protective equipment. Candidates must be licensed in the state of employment as an RN, LPN, LNV, Paramedic, or EMT with current CPR certification.
