Job Summary
Experienced BMT Security Screener supporting federal programs at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. Responsibilities include certifying security clearances, conducting trainee interviews to assess Top Secret eligibility, reviewing paperwork and submitting clearance documentation, maintaining JPAS records, analyzing background information for clearance placement, preparing follow-up reports, coordinating referrals to BAS for evaluation, and managing examination scheduling via SharePoint for USAF CSP. Requires TS clearance (on-site), strong interviewing and analytical skills, knowledge of Adjudicative Standards, ability to collate and present findings to government reviewers, and collaboration with USAF to tailor examination scheduling. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience in security screening or related federal programs; proficiency with scheduling systems and security paperwork; commitment to maintaining secure testing environments and data integrity.
