Job Summary
Baseline & Change Manager within SZC Project Controls to act as a centre of excellence for performance management and delivery assurance. You’ll support change control and baseline management processes, govern and implement changes, coordinate inputs across cost, schedule and risk to ensure aligned baselines, maintain reporting routines, advise Project Managers and Change Owners, facilitate change requests with engineering and delivery teams, support Investment Change Committee meetings, ensure submissions are decision-ready and meet governance standards, review and challenge change proposals, provide training and guidance on change processes and tools, and contribute to the successful operation of a programme delivering safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- Experience in Project Controls, PMO, Commercial or Programme Management
- Strong understanding of Change control and governance frameworks, baseline management principles & WBS / CBS structures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex programme environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities
