Baseline & Change Engineer

Baseline & Change Engineer will support the change management process, assist in developing governance frameworks, facilitate programme change committees, and manage the programme baseline (scope, cost, schedule). You will validate and maintain high-quality change data and reporting outputs, assist Project Managers and Change Owners with change control procedures, work with delivery teams and PMO functions to implement changes, and provide guidance to improve governance compliance. The role sits within the SZC Project Controls team for a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, governance, and timely, safe delivery; strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-engagement skills are essential. The position is described as a mid-level opportunity with early to mid-level experience in project controls, PMO, or commercial environments, with hybrid/part-time/flexible working patterns available in the UK.
