Job Summary
Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun while teaching core concepts including sportsmanship values. Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game day and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. Set up and break down fields, observing and assisting coaches to ensure the instructional aspects of the experience are delivered. This role requires excellent communication skills, sport-specific coaching experience, and the ability to work weekends during the full season duration of approximately 7 weeks. Candidates must pass a National Criminal Background Check. i9 Sports reinvents the youth sports experience for families across the country with a focus on fun, safety, and convenience.
