Job Summary
Manage pre- and post-game facility operations, including stadium setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Serve as the liaison between visiting teams and the Arroyo Seco Saints while overseeing in-game stadium activities and clubhouse organization. Coordinate road game logistics, player housing, and team meals with Graduate Team Managers. Handle end-of-day transportation, equipment distribution, and end-of-season breakdown, inventory, and storage. Ensure training supplies are stocked and assist with daily tasks such as equipment pick-up and apparel corrections. This summer internship runs from May 25 to August 10, 2026, with game days typically running from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and non-game days on an as-needed basis. Interns receive a $500 award and the opportunity to earn college credit.
