Job Summary
Baseball Head Coach duties include planning, developing and implementing the baseball instructional program, administering the sport, fostering a positive learning climate, communicating with parents and the community, and coordinating with the principal and athletic director. Requires completion of NFHS coaching courses, CPR if paid, and prerequisite HR processes; CDL bus license eligibility may be required for driving school activities.
Required Qualifications

- complete NFHS coaching courses
- CPR certification for paid coaches
- HR onboarding policies
- HR screening (drug test and background check)
- current health physical and TB test
- eligible to obtain CDL bus driver's license for driving Activity bus
