Job Summary
Operate electronic or manual scoreboards during live baseball games, accurately tracking runs, hits, errors, balls, strikes, outs, and pitch counts. Communicate clearly with umpires and event staff regarding game status and scoring questions while ensuring scoreboard information is updated in real time. Follow All-Ripken Games rules, timing procedures, and event guidelines to maintain professional presence with coaches, parents, and staff. Assist with basic setup or breakdown of scoreboard equipment as needed. Arrive on time and remain attentive for the duration of assigned games. This seasonal role supports game operations at the All-Ripken Games in Aberdeen, MD, from September 4th-7th, 2026, within a high-energy tournament environment.
