Job Summary
Lead team practices, games, and player development activities while fostering a positive, competitive, and development-focused team culture. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and Force Baseball leadership to promote sportsmanship, accountability, teamwork, and respect. Evaluate player performance while ensuring player safety and proper care of equipment. Represent Force Baseball professionally on and off the field. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the game and player development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and passionate about mentoring young athletes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous baseball coaching experience preferred
