Job Summary
Oversee student-athlete counselors who are providing baseball instruction within a camp setting; organize teams within age group/ability group for technical and tactical demonstrations; reinforce the daily curriculum for age-appropriate groups; supervise on-site, in-person camp activities during scheduled weeks (June 29–July 2 and July 6–July 9) with camps running 9:00 am–1:00 pm; ensure safety and compliance through background screening and mandatory trainings; position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of coaching baseball at youth/high school/college levels; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
