Job Summary
Lead the Base Privacy Platform product with vision, strategy, and roadmaps; manage the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling; build onchain privacy primitives to enable developers to create privacy-preserving experiences; collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Product to align with business goals; leverage AI copilots to improve efficiency and drive measurable improvements in cost and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of shipping complex platform or infrastructure products
- Experience building products for developers (APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure) and a passion for creating world-class developer experiences
- Ability to take highly ambiguous, technical problems and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with broader business goals
- Thrive in fast-paced, "0-to-1" environments
- Self-starter who takes extreme ownership of outcomes
- Excel at managing stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, and Product
- Demonstrates ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
