Job Summary
Base Coordinator role overseeing Whiteroom base operations in either Niseko or Furano, Japan, with a combined focus on sales/booking-channel familiarity, HR for seasonal staff, and product knowledge during non-operational periods; collaborates with senior management to coordinate daily operations, ensure policy adherence, manage staff communication and scheduling, assist payroll, oversee budgeting for social events, and support guest services while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous experience in a seasonal supervisory or management role (preferred).
- Japanese spoken and written proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Outdoor or travel industry experience preferred.
