Job Summary
The Base Coach position is essential in providing outstanding customer service through daily interactions with pilots and passengers, assisting with fuel orders, travel arrangements, and directing inquiries through various communication channels. The role requires facilitating new employee training, maintaining knowledge of company processes, and ensuring adherence to customer service standards. Key responsibilities include invoicing and data entry, managing the cleanliness and supplies within the service area, and conducting training sessions to improve team performance. Candidates should have a high school diploma with preferred experience in customer service roles, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years’ relevant experience in related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in basic math
- Proficiency in TFBO/EFBO, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point
- A typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute
- Clean background check and drug screen
