Base Camp Director (Camping Services)

Oversee Base Camp daily operations, staff supervision, and departmental asset management while assisting with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of Base Camp staff. Set up and manage Base Camp HQ, seasonal offices, and Staff Camp logistics, maintaining camp cleanliness, supply inventory, and proper waste disposal procedures. Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of vehicles and equipment, supporting smooth arrival/departure operations and providing responsive service to all guests and staff. Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions and maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area. Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership and abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines. Work 45-55 hours daily, standing, walking, and hiking up to 9 hours with the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
