Job Summary
Manage accounts receivable and payable transactions, including purchase order matching and invoicing within the Acumatica ERP system. Perform bank, credit card, and project reconciliations to accurately apply costs across different projects and business units. Handle payroll processing and manage sales tax and construction billing responsibilities. This full-time role reports to the CFO and includes a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Transactional skills with both Acumatica ERP and project job costing
- Accurately handle transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and with purchase orders
- Reconciliation skills including understanding the need to accurately apply costs to different projects and business units
- AR & AP transactions
- Purchase Order matching and invoicing
- Bank, Credit Card and Project reconciliation skills
- Understanding the need to accurately apply costs to projects
- Payroll
- Sales taxes
- ERP system experience
