Job Summary
Lead a team of BAS installers in the installation and maintenance of building automation systems for commercial and industrial clients. Plan daily tasks, assign duties, and mentor new members on proper installation techniques. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with project managers, and communicate progress updates to clients. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of materials and time. Keep work areas clean and ensure tools are properly maintained. Requires 5+ years of experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of building automation systems
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification in building automation systems is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of building automation systems and their components
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
