Job Summary
Develop and maintain clear communication with co-workers and clients while building relationships to ensure satisfaction. Create system databases and control programs, then integrate systems into on-board micro-processors. Provide control drawings to the engineering and drafting group, and work with the installation team to cross-check wiring and device documentation. Consistently test control programs and ensure documentation quality, identifying and resolving project-related issues. Follow established Air Systems management procedures to uphold safety and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
- 5+ Years Controls Experience
- Ability to read construction blue prints and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC control systems required
- Knowledge of electrical schematics required
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP, file structure, basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigation
- Knowledge of ALC Controls, Distech Controls, Niagara certification, and/or other DDC controls
- Clean Driving Record Required
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Creative and proactive, utilizing resources to meet project goals efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Visio a plus but not required
