Job Summary
Hands-on Field Service Technician to support building automation, HVAC, and controls systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to HVAC, controls, and building automation. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on controllers, servers, and field devices. Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings. Document service activities and provide clear updates to customers. Deliver onsite training to customers on system operation and upgrades. Manage time effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC, building automation, or related technical field
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Experience with building automation systems and system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and integrated systems
- Experience reading blueprints and system drawings
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
