Job Summary
The BAS Construction Technician assists in design, implementation, and commissioning of temperature control systems for high-performance HVAC across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex BAS designs, planning and scheduling to meet milestones, generating project documentation, leading start-up phases for building automation systems, executing system checkouts and formal turnover, conducting post-project reviews for improvements, and providing customer training to enable self-sufficiency. Requires strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, with preferred BAS experience and willingness to undergo extensive product training. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC systems or specialized technical training.
