Job Summary
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and beverages with consistency and speed while engaging guests at the bar to maintain a high-energy atmosphere. Support table service as needed by taking orders and delivering food, recommending drinks and menu items to enhance the overall experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and assist with overall front-of-house operations during busy shifts. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role combines bartending with server responsibilities at X-Golf Ashburn, a premier eatertainment destination blending golf simulation with an energetic bar and dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting both bar and floor service
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service
- Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in high-volume environments
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Serving experience
- Alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, etc.)
- Experience in entertainment-driven or high-energy venues
