Job Summary
Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons by mixing ingredients, garnishing drinks, and serving guests. Interact with customers to take orders, assess their preferences, and make recommendations on local craft beers and wines. Plan and present the bar menu while checking identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Restock inventory, determine par levels, and maintain a clean, organized work area including polishing glassware and plate-ware. Complete opening and closing duties, handle cash and credit card charges accurately, and adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
