Job Summary
Mix and serve drinks for guests and servers while accepting payments and processing transactions. Greet guests courteously, clear tables after each use, and maintain an orderly par level for bar service. Ensure cleanliness of all bar equipment and promote positive guest relations. Perform other duties as assigned with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. This role requires excellent alcohol service knowledge, proficiency with the Point of Sale system, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Candidates must understand local health and safety regulations and actively observe security procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent alcohol service knowledge
- Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system
- Ability to prioritize and organize, uses time efficiently
- Resolve problems using good judgment, displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, and makes timely decisions
- Ability to work well with guests and colleagues
- Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations
- Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
- Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
