Job Summary
Greet Players with energy and personality, connecting with them to recommend drinks and upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP. Maintain safety and sanitation standards by keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant. Handle items up to 50 lb., remain on your feet for most of the day, and engage in active tasks throughout high-volume shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stay on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be available for weekend shifts
