Job Summary
Provide friendly and responsive brunch-focused service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests as a Bartender in an all-day brunch concept. Embody the brunch lifestyle, handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain basic dining-room procedures, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Days-only schedule with medical/dental benefits, PTO, family meal and discounts, and opportunities for growth and pay increases.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
- Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
