Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and guests beverages efficiently, mixing cocktails and pouring wine and beer. Check identification to verify minimum age requirements and determine when a customer has had too much alcohol. Collect payment using the point of sale system, arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area. Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
