Job Summary
Bartender role at Warehouse Cinemas in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing excellent guest experience, taking and serving orders, making classic and innovative cocktails, knowledge of craft beer, wine, and liquor, suggestive selling, age verification for alcohol, monitoring intoxication and refusing service when necessary, documenting incidents, preparing beverages to recipe standards, knowledge of bar recipes and current beers on tap, using the POS system, handling cash/credit cards, maintaining bar safety and cleanliness, stocking supplies, completing SOP-aligned tasks, and supporting opening/closing checklists. On-site position.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work onsite at assigned cinema
- At least 18 years of age required
- Open availability with ability to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts as required
- Able to speak English fluently; Spanish or ASL a plus
- Working knowledge of basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to ascend/descend using a ladder
- Able to remain standing for prolonged periods
