Job Summary
Set up the bar at opening, process drink orders from guests and service staff, and make cocktails according to the standard beverage manual. Greet regular guests by name, serve their preferences, and handle guest problems by informing a manager of the resolution. Ensure all service details are performed properly, check liquor against requisitions, and organize pickup and verification for F&B items. Keep the bar area neat and tidy, slice fruit for garnishes, and perform side opening and closing duties while managing security in the work area. Requires minimum 2 years of service as Bartender, English proficiency, and knowledge of hard liquor, wines, and mixes. Located in South Ari Atoll at Villa Park.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a complete working knowledge of bar items, ingredients and preparation
- Minimum 2-years of service as Bartender
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Good problem resolution skills
- Good Food & Beverage product knowledge
- A good knowledge of beverage service styles and techniques, beverage preparation and specialized beverage orders of service
- A good knowledge of all hard liquor, wines, mixes/cocktails
- To understand and adhere to Food & Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures
