Job Summary
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks adhering to recipes, upsell to maximize profitability, and offer menu recommendations. Provide a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with patrons and resolving complaints professionally. Restock supplies, maintain inventory levels, and keep the bar area clean and organized. Verify legal drinking age, monitor alcohol intake, and follow all safety and sanitation regulations. Manage tabs, handle cash and POS transactions, and support staff during busy hours. Full availability is required, including weekends. Minimum 3+ years of fine dining experience with strong mixology knowledge and detailed product expertise in wines, spirits, and craft beers. Physically able to lift 40 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in high-pressure environments. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of the fine dining experience
- Liquor, beer, and wine knowledge & pairing
- Current bar card
- Must have weekend availability
- Full availability a MUST
- Minimum 3+ years of professional bartending
- Physically able to go up and downstairs
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long shifts (6-8 hours)
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
