Job Summary
Bartender at Via Vite Italian Restaurant in Fountain Square. Provide a pleasant drinking experience, serve drinks while keeping the bar clean, attend to presentation, follow recipes, and ensure proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety. Manage bar inventory and submit orders, contribute to daily/holiday/theme drink menus with supervisor, and help ensure smooth bar operations in supervisor’s absence. Assist with training new staff, respond to customer feedback, operate and clean equipment, and participate in programs to improve service quality and productivity. Benefits include $10/hr plus tips, medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and scheduled closures on Sundays (except Easter and Mother’s Day) and six major holidays.
