Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls. Properly set up the bar by stocking and batching, then control allocated guest checks by following check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information. Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest checks and payment methods to safeguard the customer and company. Complete all prep work prior to bar start time and maintain all work areas during service while promoting a warm, friendly atmosphere. Create a pleasurable dining experience for all guests. Valid Operator's License and one year of bartending experience required.
