Job Summary
Bartender position responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks; engaging with guests to provide recommendations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include mixology, bar organization, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to liquor laws and safety regulations. Requires teamwork with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service; experience with high-volume bars and strong knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment are preferred. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to move around the bar, lift items, and perform routine bar duties.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
