Job Summary
Welcome guests, provide attentive service, and make food and beverage recommendations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following responsible service guidelines. Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain organization behind the bar. Keep the service area clean and organized while adhering to local hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service. Must obtain a Boone County Food Handler Card and Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification. Must be 21 and over, available for two day shifts per week including weekends and home football games. Provide documentation for Form I-9 and pass a background check and/or drug screening. Located in downtown Columbia at The Tiger Hotel.

- Previous bartending experience

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Boone County Food Handler Card
- Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification
- Must be able to provide documentation for Form I-9 to verify identity and employment authorization
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening
- Must have a bank account for direct deposit
- Must be 21 and over
- Must be available for two day shifts per week
- Must be available to work weekends, including home football games
- Must have previous bartender experience
- Seeking an individual who is social and loves to build clientele
