Job Summary
Produce all beverage orders from dining room guests while maintaining fluency in menu items and ingredients to suggest pairings. Demonstrate sound knowledge of specialty and classic cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage offerings to answer guest questions. Create a welcoming environment by following proper service steps with grace and maintaining bar cleanliness and organization. Communicate effectively with staff, management, and the kitchen during service. Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality as an integral member of the Service team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as a Bartender or beverage service role
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant bar or bar environment
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant bar or bar environment is a plus
- Passion for wine, spirits, beer, and N/A beverages
- English fluency
- Additional languages
