Job Summary
Greet guests, take orders accurately, and make beverage recommendations while preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipe and portion standards. Operate POS systems for checkout and payment, maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation, and monitor inventory levels for liquor, beer, and mixers. Complete opening and closing tasks including bar setup, inventory counts, and end-of-shift duties while adhering to responsible alcohol-service standards and health safety procedures. Support events and hotel operations as needed during peak times. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain/maintain any required local certifications
- Prior bartending experience
- demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong understanding of cocktails, beer, and wine
- ability to learn Hilton drink/branding standards
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort using a POS system and basic computer tools
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable follow-through
- Any relevant certifications (responsible service of alcohol, food handler, etc.)
