Job Summary
The Bartender at The Club at Cordillera Valley is responsible for stocking the bar, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, and maintaining inventory records. The role includes ensuring compliance with state liquor laws, communicating guest requests to management, performing opening and closing duties, and handling cash transactions using a Point of Sales System. Candidates should possess knowledge of cocktail recipes, have Alcohol Awareness Training, and a minimum of one year of bartending experience. A high school diploma or GED is required.
