Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for making and serving beverages, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining inventory control. Duties include stocking the bar, mixing drinks, assisting with seasonal cocktail creation, and managing cash transactions. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and certifications related to food and alcohol safety. Strong knowledge of beverage trends and cocktail recipes is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems (e.g. POSITOUCH and MICROS)
