Job Summary
Join the Food & Beverage team as a Full-Time Bartender at Esplanade Golf & Country Club, responsible for preparing and serving beverages while consistently providing warm, attentive service to members and guests. Key responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, processing member charges, and collaborating with team members during busy periods. Candidates should have 1-2 years of bartending experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities. Open availability is required, and current alcohol service certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
Desired Qualifications
