Job Summary
As a Bartender at The Ridge at Castle Pines, you will stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control and inventory management, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws. You will communicate guest requests to management and perform opening and closing duties, including cash control and cleaning. You are responsible for managing checks and cash transactions using a Point of Sales System, and occasionally serving meals at catered events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of bartending experience or training
- At least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
