Job Summary
Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, and assist with cost control, inventory, and maintaining inventory records. Monitor food and beverage products, communicate with management on supply needs, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures. Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking, and utilizing the Point of Sales System for checks and transactions. Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager, review banquet schedules and special events, and serve catered parties from service or portable bars. Occasionally serve meals to guests while incorporating safe work practices. Requires high school diploma, one year of bartending experience, cocktail knowledge, and alcohol awareness training. Seasonal role lasting 6 months or less at $16.00 per hour with healthcare and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year of bartending experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
- Alcohol Awareness Training
