Bartender

Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, and maintain inventory control through careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures while communicating guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager. Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking, and review banquet schedules for changes and special events. Serve catered parties from service or portable bars and occasionally serve meals to guests. Utilize the Point of Sale system for checks and cash transactions and incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
