Job Summary
Provide food and beverage service at the bar and craft expertly mixed drinks while sharing knowledge of award-winning bourbon selections. Deliver warm Southern hospitality, uphold responsible alcohol service, and ensure compliance with local/state regulations. Take orders from serving staff or customers, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes, and maintain bar top aesthetics. Manage glassware and bar equipment, monitor inventory/restock bar supplies, and process transactions via POS. Demonstrate high-level knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards; stand for long periods. Prior bartender experience in a high-volume setting and strong customer service skills are essential; TIPS/ServSafe certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
