Job Summary
Prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar area, and provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, handling payments, and assisting with inventory management. Maintain a clean workspace, ensure responsible alcohol service, and operate a point-of-sale system accurately. Perform high-quality work unsupervised while standing for long periods and safely lifting cases of beer, wine, and liquor. Follow instructions and ask questions for clarification as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable about drink recipes
- Must interact with customers
- Must take orders
- Must handle payments
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver cases of beer, wine, liquor, and other bar supplies when necessary
- Able to handle money accurately
- Able to operate a point-of-sale system
