Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel, country club or fine dining environment
- Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge in POS systems (Toast) to process guest orders and payments
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits and mixology, including beverage “call names” and recipes
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and food handling/safety procedures
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and connect with a variety of guests
- Strong organizational, analytical skills, and communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Spanish speaking is a plus
