Job Summary
Greet players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience by connecting with guests and recommending drinks they'll love. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every player feels like a VIP. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar area by keeping the space stocked and ready to roll from cleaning glassware to managing smooth operations. Handle items up to 50 lb. and remain on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires responsible beverage service certification and adherence to Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular environment
- A can-do attitude
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
