Job Summary
Greet players with energy and personality, connecting with them to recommend drinks and upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for smooth operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to ensure every player feels like a VIP, adhering to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe environment. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, and maintaining a can-do attitude in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary responsible beverage service certifications.
