Job Summary
Greet Players with energy, connect with them, and recommend drinks while upselling signature cocktails, bites, and game upgrades. Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, maintaining a neat, stocked bar area from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Handle items up to 50 lb., remain on your feet for most of the day, and engage in active tasks within a high-volume environment. Maintain responsible beverage service certifications and uphold Topgolf core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
