Job Summary
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner. Maintain a clean, organized bar area, stock supplies, prepare garnishes, and set up service stations. Safely and responsibly serve alcohol in compliance with legal requirements, handle cash and POS transactions, and collaborate with the bar team to deliver exceptional service. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and respond promptly to guest needs. Requires proven bartending experience and knowledge of mixology techniques; certifications in responsible beverage service where required; must be of legal drinking age. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law)
