Job Summary
Greet Players with energy, connect with them to learn their preferences, and recommend signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while maintaining a neat, stocked bar area from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards by keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., standing for most of the day, and performing active tasks in a high-volume, high-energy environment. You must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary responsible beverage service certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular environment
- A can-do attitude
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
